CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

great experience, would use again!

I was beyond impressed of this website. It was a little overwhelming for me because there are so many options and all of them looked so great !! But once you pick the right one after reading the reviews it was super easy and the website was super easy to navigate. Also I did had a question and they answered right away. No complains. And will definitely recommend this to everyone.

I've already written a review, but have again been prompted, so to re-iterate: Rulana and Juan are absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure i felt comfortable and more-importantly, the dogs trusted them, which is rare. One of my sweet but challenged shelter-doggies was difficult on them, as she had endured extra trauma before I adopted, but they were loving and she got thru it. I definitely recommend them.

The person chosen.

Ashley did an amazing job. I would recommend this company highly.

The courier, Matt was awesome!

I was really impressed by how easy it was to find a pet transporter on CitizenShipper. The platform is user-friendly, and I received multiple bids shortly after posting my request. I appreciated being able to compare each transporter’s profile, reviews, and pricing all in one place. The messaging system made communication simple, and I felt confident choosing someone who was experienced and well-reviewed. The whole process felt smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I’ll definitely be using CitizenShipper again for future transports!

Great experience!
