CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Fantastic. East to use site and got my load assigned in about an hour. I had around 15 bids for my load withing 4 hours, with wide ranging prices. Citizenshipper charged me $70 if I remember correctly. I can't complain at all. It was simple, quick, and efficient. I was even having an initial problem with the company I chose and citizenshipper offered to cancel them and find another. Really good customer support. I will 100% use them again and I've even recommended them to friends.

Website is super easy to use, quotes were instant, service was amazing. Would highly recommend!

What an amazing experience! Chris and his family/team go above and beyond. I have never used a pet transporting service and was very nervous at first but they quickly put my mind at ease! Great price, accommodating to your needs, great communication and their love for animals really shows. Everything went so smooth and perfectly and my dog came to me happy and healthy. I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family to this company. Thank you so much Zoom Zoom Zoo Crew!!

Nice way to find a good shipper

Wow! I’m amazed at how efficient and prompt the service is. They definitely eliminated the stress a moving can cause. I very highly recommend their services. Thank you!!

This was my first time using Citizen Shipper. Citizen shipper didn’t have good reviews for September:October, but the person I chose, Adam B. Had 5 star reviews. Still, I was so nervous, needing to transport my daughter’s dog from Florida to my home in Massachusetts, the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Adam’s drivers, Kathy and Bill were wonderful. It was so easy to communicate with them and Adam too. They kept me updated, sent me pics. The dog arrived in perfect condition in a timely manner. This was also very affordable. I couldn’t have gotten this sweet black lab here without them. I’m so grateful for every aspect of this service, specifically to Adam, Kathy and Bill! Truly, truly, to the 3 of you, thank you so very much!
