The website was user friendly and my transport service was amazing! I had 2 large dogs shipped from CA to MA and it took them 4 days and they were in contact with me every day! The dogs arrived happy and healthy!!

I had a very pleasant experience with my driver. My dog was delivered ahead of schedule and taken very well care of. I gave it 4 out of5 stars because I think the website charges too much charges a steep fee.

I’d like to start by saying I’ve never used a dog shipping company before, nor was I aware such a thing existed. I found this website through a google search because I reallllllly didn’t want to put an older dog on an airplane. Or any dog for that matter. That said, Brenda is fantastic! We needed to ship my dad’s dog from Tulsa, OK to my home in Seattle, WA, quickly. Brenda worked with us to get it done affordably and without having to fly the pup. Brenda and her husband picked up our pup and all of her stuff on a Monday evening and drove her straight to us, arriving Wednesday morning. Brenda communicated wonderfully the entire time, with ETA and pup updates and pictures. Our dog arrived healthy and happy, with all of her items. I’m so glad such a website exists, and people like Brenda and her husband who are willing to safely drive precious cargo across the country! Many thanks to them! I give the website a 4 out of 5 stars because the transaction fee is a bit steep.

Great site that connects freelance delivery people with people who need stuff delivered. Found someone to drive my Golden Retriever ~800 miles within hours.

Good way to get smaller moves earn no one else will. Was surprised at low cost. Did get a little confused while using site and was not sure why I was billed when my mover says I pay him. You explained how it was just your fee and all was well. Still a good price. Citizen shipper

Good company got a bid quick at half the cost and the driver was phenomenal.

I'm grateful for a venue like CitizenShipper. We got a wonderful driver. What I'm unhappy about is their hidden fees to use the website. It's on there, but you have to hunt for it, which I did after I found out we'd have to pay $247 for them hooking us up with a driver.

When a quote came in and you didn't take it right away because you were waiting for others they could tell you it doesn't work no more. Only 1 driver did that and told me what the next time that would work for him ! If it wouldn't have been for that issue you would have rated 5 star. So keep up the good work and thanks again for my puppy delivery !
