CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Services were extremely helpful just a little pricey. The drivers will give you their bids and you can accept or deny them at any time, but when you do choose one CitizenShipper charges $100+ to book with a driver. My driver was excellent and affordable compared to other bids I was receiving. She gave me daily updates on my pup, sent pictures, and we were able to track where she was throughout the trip from NM to MD. Would definitely recommend these services if you’re willing to pay their fee.

Quick registration and easy to communicate with would be shippers. Would definitely look to citizenshipper again.

Found a transport service to transport our new puppy from OH to NH. Pick up and drop off times were accurate. Would have liked some pics of the pup on the trip, but pup arrived fine and happy. !

We had a large piece of furniture that we couldn't lift ourselves and transport through three states. CitizenShipper was a nice option for us.

The platform is a great concept. It's so useful to be able to post your transport need and to do some comparison shopping to find someone whose dates and prices match your expectations. .I had some technical issues with the platform that didn't allow me to see everything from the dashboard view.

They helped find a person to ship a pet and it was easy and great. I highly recommend their site because it can bring competitive rates and you can directly interact with the people who will be conducting the busisness with you. For example, I hate when people can’t form sentences or abbreviate words like you into ‘u’ when you are a business. It’s unproffessional and grammar speaks volumes. So I could filter through the chats and pick those who conversed well to conduct business with.

They call it a bidding site for pet shipping, I don't know about that, I had to reach out to everyone that I was interested in using. I also didn't like what appeared to be an automatic 5 star review when they were verified. other than that, there were lots of choices and I was able to find the perfect shipper. They also have another fee on top of what the shipper charges that they don't make very clear. all in all I was happy with the site and would recommend them.

I only got one bid, but it was the right bid! I found the site easy to use. The one thing I wish I had been more aware of was that there is an additional charge to process the transaction through Citizen Shipper in addition to the transport.
