I didn't fully understand how your… I didn't fully understand how your business operates. Could have been because of the newness of my experience. So I'm giving Citizen Shipper the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps you could make communications with old folks like me a little clearer. Otherwise, my experience was quite good, especially with CJ, the transporter. What great credentials he has! And he's also a good communicator & easy to talk with. Give him an A+!
