CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

I needed a transport with really short notice. I received multiple messages from companies within minutes of posting what I needed. I booked someone within an hour of posting. I would definitely recommend Citizen Shipper to anyone that has transport needs!!

Thanks to this service we were able to get our anxious 8.5 year old boxer safely transported from the west coast to the east coast. It was hassle free, and a great one stop shop for our search. We found exactly what we were looking for and it was a perfect match.

James was great, would use again

I loved Willa and her niece Anya. They were easy to communicate with and responsive. I received text pictures and updates along the trip and when we met they were so friendly and kind. I would recommend them to everyone. We had a great experience using CitizenShipper.

Would not imagine that my transport driver would make the trip go so well for me and my sheltie. Definitely stay with citizenshipper everytime in needed .

This is my second or third time using citizen shipper. Great idea for a service overall but the fee is a bit ridiculous… wish there was a way around it, and because of the fee or service charge I may look to other websites next time. CitizenShipper is a great concept for a website and service. Connects those who need something transported, and those who transport. That's all it is. I'm sure (and hope!) there are other websites that facilitate these transactions, hipefully for less or no charge at all. It is absurd to pay as much of a service fee as they charge, on top of the fee for the actual service. None of the service fee goes to the driver, which is ridiculous because citizen shipper doesn't really do anything in the grand scheme of things. The website works well for getting the job done though, I guess. Should be better for the ludicrous amount they charge! I have been connected with two phenomenal companies (Lickity Split LLC, and All Pet Transport LLC) and one individual, who was mediocre at best. All of which, citizenshipper charged a service fee for doing not much of anything. Oh well, I'm happy with the end result. Thanks Lickity Split and Jonathan, y'all were truly amazing at what you do, and great people overall! Tip for consumers: Look at other websites to see if you can find any that do not charge as high of a service fee, if any exist or if the other charge at all. Citizenshipper does allow you to communicate with some phenomenal companies though!! Try to find lower bids. I needed to get my dog from CO to New England and received bids from ~ $900-$1900 and the lower end bids ended up being the BEST!! Products used: I chose a transportation/shipping company or person (LLC) of my dog from Colorado to a New England state. All they did was charge for a facilitation of conversation to allow me to choose the right match for my needs. Which, I understand is the point of citizenshipper but they charge way too much. I’ll look for other options for websites/services for this next time. I will say, that two of three people I chose were phenomenal and my review only reflects on the citizenshipper website and not those companies.

I had a great experience. Very friendly people to work with and everything went smooth. Will definitely use them in the future.

I used citizenshipper to help me find someone to transport my newly adopted pup from Texas to New Hampshire. Citizenshipper was user friendly and helped make this process much easier!
