Only thing that I don't like is cost too much for service fees
Only thing that I don't like is too much for service charge. Each time $46 plus delivery fees. 3 hours trip cost almoxt $200 is too much.

This shipper was amazing
This shipper was amazing. Our puppy was delivered two days before I expected him to be here. They took great care of him and he was not stressed at all. His tail was wagging and everything when they dropped him off. I would definitely recommend Marla for transport of pets.

Fantastic platform
Fantastic platform! Citizen Shipper connected us with a company that transported our 2 dogs cross country. It was an absolutely seamless ‘transaction’ and our babies arrived safe, secure, and with wagging tails! We will 10000% use this platform and the same company if we need their services in the future. As a new and anxious customer, I can say this was the best thing we could have done!
