This was my first time using CitizenShipper and I was floored at how seamless my experience was. I need my pets transported to another state and could not find anyone that I knew who was willing to do it. Local services charged a ton of money and I was getting discouraged. My mom sent me a link to Citizen Shipper and at first I was skeptical. The site is beautiful and easy to use though, so I immediately felt at ease in putting my trust in them. I put in my pet’s information and what we were looking for and within a minute I had a bid. Within 30 minutes, I had 12 bids. I could not believe how simple it was and how so many people/businesses bid on my job. In the end, we had a 5 star experience, from booking, to the person that we chose, to the pivotal happy ending, we couldn’t recommend CitizenShipper more.

I recently used Citizen Shipper to transport my daughter's cat, and overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience. While there were some unexpected delays in the delivery timeline, the team stayed in constant communication with me, which gave me peace of mind throughout the process. They provided updates along the way and were always responsive to my questions. Most importantly, the cat arrived safe, healthy, and calm — and that’s what truly matters. I appreciate their care and professionalism, and I would use their services again.
