One thing to be aware of is many drivers try to set up multiple deliveries along a route. This lets them charge less per stop, which is good, but if they can't line up enough other jobs they may cancel on you or come back at the last minute and ask for more money to make a solo delivery after you've agreed to a price. Citizenshipper will refund your booking fee if this happens but they don't find you a replacement, you have to repost your job. This happened twice trying to get our dog driven cross country before we decided to go with a flight nanny instead. She was more expensive but worth it and awsome to work with. You get what you pay for.

This was the second time I've used this site. The site was easy to use for household goods as well as for pet transport, and quotes arrived quickly after posting my request each time. The only thing that was a bit of a drag was I wanted to post more photos of my household goods shipment but each time I did so, it seemed like I was creating a new instance of the request vs. just modifying the existing request.

My shipper was FANTASTIC Perrys Elite Transport. The only reason for 4 stars is I wasn't aware Citizen Shipper also charged a separate fee for the shipment in addition to the shippers bid until after I was in communication with the shipper. At least the shipper told me about it before I completed the transaction. Her transparency was great. Citizen Shipper not so much.

My driver was outstanding and took great care of my dog. My only complaint would be that the fee CitizenShipper charges is a bit steep in my opinion.

Cool website to use

Worked well. You have to coordinate payment with the delivery person versus everything being done on the website. Didn’t care for that so much but it worked out. While the site was good they offered me $20 to leave 3 reviews. In the fine print it says to be eligible they must be Atleast 500 characters.

I’m a transporter and have gotten a few gigs from this site.

I'm a driver for them it's a great job to have only issue is they charge to much for people to use their services and it's difficult to do a large search for specific area
