My driver said he would arrive at 2pm the day of my scheduled pick up for my dog. Then he said it would be 5pm, then 6pm. Then 12pm the next day then 5pm the next day. At this point I was skeptical of the entire website and my driver so I cancelled the entire transport and reported the charges as fraudulent to get my money back. I tried to contact customer support tirelessly and never reached them. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM DO NOT USE IT! AWFUL SERVICE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I CAN'T BELIEVE PEOPLE WOULD DO THIS!!!!

Ive been calling companys customer service and sending emails. NO RESPONSE, AND ITS BEEN 3 DAYS!!!! you cannot tell me your back logged this far back that you cant evan help a customer

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a service. I have left (4) Voicemail messages with no response back. I tried to obtain a refund on my purchase of their 'Driver' who emailed me back a rude email saying he was not doing the shipment. This is after I had already PAID Citizen Shipper of course. So now I just lose my money. Horrible company. Stick with USHIP

1 HAD A FAMILY PROBLEM, FINE. THE OTHER WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK UP THE CAT (2) ON 6/8 - NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED AND I CALLED HIM 3 TIMES AND E-MAILED HIM ALSO. WHAT IS WRONG WITH JASON ANYWAY? THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL OF HIM!

Altho this is a great concept, I got a real dud!! The guy never delivered my goods. I checked him out and found that he had a criminal record. There was nothing that citizen shipper could do . ..
