Excellent experience…would use Citizenshipper again!!

She got my babies to safety across the country. All the way from California to New Orleans :)

great communicating the quotes to me. I liked the full disclosure on how citizen shipper worked. The website is easy to use. I would use them again for my shipping needs.

I recently transported my cat from Colorado to Connecticut with a driver booked through CitizenShipper. She was caring and communicative, sending text photos and updates as to how he was doing and delivering him to his destination safe and sound.

I never knew a service like this even existed, but I know now. I am very pleased with their service. The transporter was amazing and successfully delivered my fur baby to the address on file. I will definitely use them again

I was not sure how to ship a dog across the US but after posting at Citizen Shipper I was getting quotes within minutes of posting and I had a shipper lines up within 24 hours and my dog in two days. The shipper was professional, sent me pictures along the way and was great. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable using the service. I liked that back ground checks were done beforehand. That made me feel more comfortable.

I am thrilled that I found CitizenShipper for my dog's transport from the Washington D.C. area to New York City. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed the service to be completed relatively quickly and filling out the necessary information to get a quote took just a few minutes. From there, I began receiving quotes almost immediately and was able to choose from 6 or 7 bidders within half an hour. The platform made it easy to learn more about the bidders and read helpful reviews, then once I'd chosen the transport provider we were able to keep in contact via CitizenShipper direct messaging. It was my first time using a platform for a service like this, and I can't recommend this site enough. It was incredibly efficient and convenient.
