Be Sure to Fully Read Terms
Perhaps I hadn't carefully read Terms; I was surprised by the $50 fee charged for accepting a bid. Otherwise, I was very satisfied by Citizen Shipper. Overall, a very good experience.

Decent. Charged a lot just to use the service, and it didn't go any towards costs of the service. Wasn't too fond about that.

Lots of bids
Found an excellent hauler on here but the fee to citizens was a bit excessive

Great platform
Great platform to reach multiple drivers around the world. If possible maybe an app can be created to make the process smoother and also maybe doing a membership with a one time yearly fee. The percentage factored by the charge the driver has is a bit large. Just a thought, other than that very useful platform. Oh

I do want to point out that we have not dominated globally; currently we can transport within the continental US but it's lovely to know we could some international interest! Good but Pricey
A good service but needs to reduce their service fee a bit. It wasn't a deal breaker but $120 for posting on a board seems excessive.

Cross country dog transportation. Great place to find help for those services you never even knew were offered.
Great place to find help for what I needed. Had several bids come in and was able to effectively communicate with bid owners whose bids and services seemed reasonable. Ended up picking the absolutely best person to transport my dog. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. The only thing I didn't care for were the fees that citizenshipper charged. I thought they were a bit on the high side. Nonetheless, a great platform for such services. I merely Googled it and found it. Thanks for offering such a service and thanks to all the wonderful people who participate in making life easier for those who might never know when they will need such services … or even know that such services exist 🙂

The user interface on mobile version…
The user interface on mobile version needs work. As a recipient I was ok but my daughter (the shipper) had some minor issues. She's much more tech savvy than I am. For a 1st time user of shipper for live animal (my puppy 11 wk old bordoodle) the experience was more positive after I connected with the actual Air Nanny Rio. Thank you Citizenshipper.com
