Great alternative to big moving companies
I've used the service twice, both with great experience. The bids come back quickly, with a good range of prices. The site has a good selection of drivers, with a decent amount of info on each. I've no experience with their problem resolution process.

I am the person who received the kitten…
I am the person who received the kitten He is a kind compassionate man, and he treated the kitten like royalty. I recommend him highly; he is conscientious and does a really good job. His rates are reasonable, and he genuinely cares for the animals he transports. He had an issue with his car and that resulted in the kitten being dropped off a little later than planned and he offered to reduce the rate. I didn’t take him up on it because it was more important to me that the kitten was safe, and the issue was not his fault and he informed me of it as soon as it happened. He sent me pictures, videos and updates all during the trip so that I knew how things were going. I give him 5 stars.
