Never use this site they basically hire anyone to be a driver I had a pretty bad experience with them I was tryin to send my dog from nor cal to Florida and everything seem to go good the driver picked him up and was sending update pictures but when she got close to Texas she texted me saying she was about to have a mental break down and I needed to find my dog another driver to pick him up in Dallas Texas after I already paid a 150$ booking fee and paid her 400$ up front I had to find a new driver last minute pay another booking fee and it ended up costing almost double to get my dog home not to mention it was only supposed to take 3 days to do the drive she only got to Texas within that 3 days makes me wonder what she could have done with my dog (breeding him off) was my main concern also she had another guys dog with her that had to go to Florida witch some how became my responsibility to get that dog a ride just the whole situation was crazy so after 7 days and 650$ extra dollars later my dog finally got home was overall a nerve racking experience that I would never want anyone to go threw with there loved pet if you ask me they need more extensive background checks so you don’t get mentally unstable people driving your animal like I had

Ceruleanpear Pet Transport almost killed my dog in transport. Zac, the owner, transported six dogs to their new owners. The contract was to transport only two pups. During the four day transport, my pup was denied adequate food and water. She relied on her own feces for food and her own urine for water. She lost over half her body weight in transport. When she arrived traumatized by her hellish journey, she was lifeless and within four hours was in the vet hospital and suffered two seizures. She almost died. I am livid that Ceruleanpear is still in operation after this horrific incident. How could Citizen Shipper continue supporting and sending jobs to Ceruleanpear? Ceruleanpear is not about safe pet transport. They are driven only by greed, plain and simple. The unexpected vet bill was almost two thousand dollars. The dog was intended to be my therapy dog for PTSD, but because of her own transport traumas she is unable to perform this important duty. Just think about it for a moment. Tragic. Do what's right. Investigate this company before sending any new contracts his way! Terrible customer service. Reached out for assistance and got a canned reply that made it super obvious that my question wasn't even read. When I replied and reiterated my question, Caitlen decided it washer place to chastise me. Overall crappy site design, not intuitive at all. Definitely won't be using them and would rather pay an actual transport company than deal with their crappy support.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY KILLS PETS. Then they proceed to make you at fault and take no responsibility in anything that happened. Because of their inability to properly screen their transporters, my dog died. They were nothing but rude when I asked for a refund and told me it was my problem. These people are the worst. GO direct with a licensed shipping company. Please for the love of god!

Be careful! I had a down payment of $309 stolen from me through this website! I had a gentleman offer me a price that was too good to be true! Once everything was set I asked him what the next step is. He told me to pay him through PayPal. I thought that it was secure. He never showed up! I contacted CitezenShipper to give them a chance to make things right but they said because I didn’t pay through them their hands were clean. I had no idea or intent to not use them and I was taken advantage of. I am extremely upset. My husband is active duty. We just had a baby. We scraped up what we could to get our fur baby to us and some theif took complete advantage of that and stole our money. I am now using the bank to get it back who completely agrees that the website should be responsible for who they contract. CitizenShipper didn’t even ask me about the driver so that means he’s still working for them! His name is Albert H. Do not let this individual take advantage of you. And don’t trust CitizenShipper to have your back.

As a transporter working with them stinks! They lock you out of the system without any explanation why! you have customers waiting on you but you can’t respond to them until they deem necessary to open your account. Greedy people run this site!

Do not trust this company, they throw a ridiculous deposit on top of an expensive fee that is non refundable. Mine was 150 dollars and I gave them months notice to change it, they said they would credit it, with no codes, so I would purchase another order through them. They will rob you blind feeding on the love you have for your pet. The company sucks, I’d rather go through Craigslist.

The person we hired through CitizenShipper - Michael Ford - never showed up and we haven't been able to get our money back. CitizenShipper has DONE LITTLE TO NOTHING TO HELP US.
