This was a last minute request. I just had back surgery so I couldn’t fly out to get my new pup. Ronald even offered to take public transportation from the farther airport to my airport if anything happened to the flight near my home town so I wouldn’t have to drive to far. The whole experience was amazing start to finish… from starting the group text with him and the breeder so we were all on the same page, tracking information for the flight, pictures, even helped me navigate the airport baggage area. I couldn’t be more thankful for him. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Process was easy and worked wonderfully!

Mike was great from soup to nuts.Incredible communication from start to finish. He's truly a pro. He's extremely knowledgeable about multiple things. He delivered our boat from upstate NY all the to central NJ.Would definitely use him again.

Very easy & professional!

Dale was amazing! He kept in contact the entire trip and sent photos of potty breaks and walks. I would definitely use him again!

Overall a very positive experience. The website is easy to use and I found a shipper quickly. My shipper, Daniel was professional and reliable. Will recommend Citizen Shipper to anyone looking for shipping.
