Citizen shipper made it easy to collect over 30 bids in less than 24 hours, read reviews, and select my transporter. My only complaint is the hidden fees from citizen shipper that are not part of the bid. They were unexpected

My guy Chris was excellent and he gets 5 stars, but a lot of the early on responders to my post seemed to assume I had animals and different timing than I specified on my post. Still, I give CS 4 stars because it's how I found Chris.

Quick & Easy Way to Find Transportation for Your Pet
CitizenShipper made it so easy to find a great pet transporter. My only complaint is that after I selected Arete Transport, I would have liked all the other bids to disappear.

The app set us up with a great shipper- a 5+ star shopper (the second time). But the app could use some reworking/tweaking for ease of use. It continually crashes

I did not know about CitizenShipper…
I did not know about CitizenShipper until I purchased a pet from out of state. I checked them out and found them very helpful. The only issue I had was when I entered the state that the pet was coming from, they entered the incorrect information for the city. I was just trying to get an estimate. The response was almost immediate. I would use this site for future shipping needs.

Eh. Good service provided by individuals. Dont know why company charges a fee.
