CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

This was my first time using CitizenShipper and I had a great experience. I liked how multiple drivers were able to reach out to me with quotes. I was able to chat with them individually and negotiate to a rate that worked best for me.

The Bid process was straight forward & the large amount of Service Providers provided me a plethora of options. I used CitizenShipper specifically for Dog Transport, but based on the experience I'll likely explore this tool 1st for ANY other shipping needs I have in the future. My (1) issue was the CitizenShipper Service Fee. I thought it was bit pricey in comparison to what I paid the selected vendor for the actual service. A Definite Opportunity for CitizenShipper to improve. Otherwise, No Complaints with the actual process.

Picked my bike up on time and had great communication when asked for updates. They just sent a dual axle with a huge car hauler to deliver my motorcycle. The setup couldn’t get into my community and due to how they had it loaded it. I needed to have a second person to help offload it ( luckily my buddy was there) and roll my motorcycle from the Main Street into my community on my motorcycle lift. So don’t assume they are gonna send a small car hauler to drop your stuff off. If what your having delivered is running they you should b fine but if it’s not then I would be real specific on what you need. Overall though beside that hiccup which I thought was common sense due to the pics I sent and where I live that they would send the appropriate truck or have someone handy. I had everything workout. I would definitely go with them again just be specific on what I need if it’s not running.

We needed a dog transported from Washington state to Massachusetts and was able to secure the transport. Every inch of the way we were in contact and got regular check ins. About 3/4 of the way there the driver had a personal emergency and needed to get home as soon as she could…. She delivered the dog safely and on time even with all she had going on at home. Thank you for a safe and reliable delivery!

It worked out in the end, but the shipper I had contracted with cancelled two days prior to the shipment date. I found someone else in time, probably much better than the original, but I was very disappointed with the original shipper. I reached out to HER to confirm she was coming, at which time she cancelled. I’m not sure she would have informed me herself.

Zoomies was reasonably priced, insured, sent pictures and GPS along the route. Would definitely use Zoomies again if pet transport is needed.

Easy to make the request and look for options. I was impressed with how many vendors came forward quickly. The transport was well managed and cost-effective. CitizenShipper's fees @$165 is high.

Everything is great besides the price. I know they have costs too but no one likes paying a middleman so much.
