CS is a great concept, which the owners work very hard to screw up in any way imaginable! Insurance is about 1500-2000 a year...to be legal. CS controls everything, and when it is not working...you suffer. They charge driver monthly. Customers are charged anywhere from 49-499.00 (based on bids) so customers then expect drivers to work for next to nothing. In 3 months: 681 bids, 1 actual trip, multiple nasty customers that want you to work for less than the fuel it takes to run the trip. A waste of 5 months of work..

Citizenship period does not show there rates real clear. I did not know there was a fee until accepting a shippers bid. And was flabbergasted at how much they charged.

Citizenshipper fee is too expensive

The site works OK, but the fee is exorbitant for what they do.

The $109 you charged me for on top of what I had to pay the actual shippers is absurd. I will not be using citizenshipper again

Driver was a subcontractor- not the one we reviewed online (your website) we felt deceived

I was told by a few different people who offered me bids that the fee for citizen shipper would be $74. After I accepted the bid I actually was charged over $100!! I would have never used this service if I would have known about it being over $100 plus whatever the bid is.

driver demands payment on front. No good reviews for him. He promised to deliver and then refused. Do not have people like him.
