High fees, great service
The booking fees are REALLY high which is my only complaint considering how much the transports cost. But the site is easy to use and we’ve had good luck with most of our transports. Only had one cancel last minute.

It was a quick way to find someone to…
It was a quick way to find someone to transport my furbaby from AZ to VA! Although some of the bids were high I found one at a good price! Definitely would recommend to those needing to transport their animals. Be sure that the Bidders also have good reviews from previous bookers.

This was a great service
This was a great service! I adopted a dog from out of state and the site made it easy to find someone who was able to drive my new dog to me.

Just some friendly observations
The platform looks a bit dated and some of the functionality on mobile devices does not flow very well. The results and quality of the the shipers we're very good and I am happy with the result of the service. It was also a bit overwhelming with the number of messages I received and several of the candidates did not seem to meet the criteria.

This is a great aggregator service, with a huge caveat.
This is a great aggregator service. But. The service charge is pretty high. And charged all up front. Pay to the shipper isn’t finalized then. Could be cheaper. I might consider making and coming a consolidator!

I think should let people know what…
I think should let people know what your fees are up front. I was quit shocked at the price when I went to book the driver. Cause that fee is separate from the drivers fee.
