We were happy with the service. The promised pick-up date was delayed but the agent kept us informed.

My only complaint is the site does not make sure you are aware of their fee before you consider booking.

Transporter couldn't fulfill due to unforseen circumstances. Ask citizen shipper for refund twice and did receive $139.99 service fee back. Over all the process to get bids was easy.

I used this service to find a driver for moving my tritoon boat and trailer. It worked out great. The only recommendation would be for CitizenShipper to confirm every driver's insurance policy. This should simply be part of the vetting process. My driver had proof of insurance and it was on his profile but some other driver profiles had it missing. Our driver worked out great but I only make this recommendation because it made me skip over other drivers who may be just as qualified. Outside of that it's a great driver broker service.

I think the service charge was too high, but the site was easy to use and very helpful in finding a driver to bring my cat home.
