This process was super easy. I didn't think it would work so quickly to find me someone as great as Budget Pet Express for such a long trip from Las Vegas NV to Baltimore, MD. I would suggest the cost of the listing be disclosed upfront. I had a bit of sticker shock when I paid my transporter and saw the service fee added by CitizenShipper.

I really recommend citizenshipper I had a handful of offers and all the people seemed awesome but I found the right person to help me for this and the price was reasonable I was so happy to get my dog back he was in Santa Barbara and I got him back in Utah

The driver, the easy booking, and quick turn out were excellent!

Best service for a loved one yet. Clear explanations before trip, offered expensive dog food for free, and kept us updated at least 2 to 3 times a day with photos. When we had a concern about Daisy the driver pulled over and took photos to put us at ease.

Everything went smooth and it was professional. I like everything about the process except for not knowing how your fees are calculated prior to accepting a bid.

They were friendly and professional and treated my fur baby like family. They made me feel comfortable about having to ship my dog to a family members house.
