• Quickness of many transporters reaching out to offer bids • The frequent updates and communication from my chosen transporter, which I chbased on her many 5-star reviews as well as her listed credentials • The proper grammar used by my chosen transporter during all text communications • My transporter took the time to keep not only muself, but also my breeder updated during the transport (including photos) • The transport was direct and as quick as possible considering the distance between pick-up and delivery locations • My puppy arrived in good condition

I had never heard of Citizen Shipper. I came across it when I had an urgent need to transport an animal across the country. I was able to understand the process as it unfolded with the help of my shipper, Keith. Everything went smoothly and I am very pleased. I’ve been telling people about my CS experience ever since.

All was perfect

Easy and quick to get quotes and set up pet pick up and delivery.

My driver kept in contact with me and even sent videos. She was on time and cared about my pet.

It was easy to find a variety of transportation businesses and very quick. It was great to have the businesses pre-vetted, eliminating a lot of the risk. The transport we decided on was responsive and delivered our puppy without issues ahead if schedule despite lousy weather on the way. She arrived in wonderful shape and totally unstressed.

Within minutes of posting my job on CitizenShipper, I had numerous estimates from vetted drivers. The quotes included details about the drivers and I could also see their reviews and ratings. This was my second time using CitizenShipper and both times it has gone very smoothly.

This was a great experience. When asking for bids, just put in a bit more info to get best price. You can read reviews on people that bid to go with what your comfortable with.
