CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

This is a great option for getting help transporting pets. We used Citizen Shipper which overall was a great experience. Our transporter picked up on time and communicated well. During the transport they had a vehicle problem which delayed delivery of our pets by 36 hours. Pet Tasker worked to resolve the issue and ultimately our pets made it to our new home safe and happy. My feedback would be that I wish Pet Tasked communicated proactively and more often throughout the delay as it was extremely stressful.

First time using Citizenshipper. Patrick kept great communication the whole time insuring my puppy was well cared for.

CitizenShipper helped us find a pet transport within a fast time frame and the process is easy with a hassle free environment. The only complaint is their fee of 180 which we found to be a steep.

1. Thank you for providing Michael & Gwen the actual transporter. They were reliable, responsible, helpful and on time. 2. Not happy about the additional $110. ish fee not to Michael and Gwen but to Citizen Shipper which I wasn't aware of until "Book Now" button was clicked on. I probably would have done same transaction but don't like surprises. 3. At one point making final detail arrangements.....the "texting" was inconvenient. A phone call would have simplified the transaction.

App was easy to use and courier was great. Just not sure $160 fee from Citizen Shipper is worth it. With that fee rate, it will be a last resort.

Pretty good overall !

It was inexpensive and fast

I loved the response I got from using this program but I did not realize I had to pay for it. All in all, it was worth the money.
