I was nervous at first to turn over our kitties for cross country transport. They didn’t really like being in the car to go to the vet 5 miles away. Shawn was excellent and very sweet with them. He brings them inside his hotel room s each night. He was friendly, professional, and sent photos with excellent communication. They arrived exactly when he estimated and they seemed to be in wonderful spirits after 4 days of travel. We are thrilled with his transport.
