When in doubt book another driver
Well, it pays to be familiar with the booking agent Citizen Shipper when things go wrong with the drivers. I did not do that, and I was counting on my previous drivers to come through and they did not. It would have helped if I could have talked with someone immediately on the phone, instead just like other companies I go through social media instead. In an emergency this is not very reassuring. Never the less, CS was very prompt on email, and I was able to book a new driver within an hour. The couple was top notch and very reasonable, and I found a superior pet transport company to boot, although painful. I had to re- book flights, pay for extra nights at a motel, etc.
