Very professional and helpful
Very professional and helpful. Su put me at ease by calling me and explaining the whole process. Steve sent me pictures of my kitten during the trip and shared his observations about the kitty eating and sleep patterns during the transfer process. I have to recommend this company because they are just AMAZING! Very caring and professional.🥰💝💝

So Simple!
I was offered about 15-20 bids on transpoting my new dogs across the country in less than 10 minutes using Citizen Shipper. I was able to select the bid that fit me best and I ended up having an excellent experience! Using the service was so simple. It definitely filled a need and made life so much easier!

Kind and Very Professional
I was happily surprised at how careful they were with my precious pet. It really showed they cared. We met beforehand and went over some things. They completed the roundtrip in two days and stayed in touch with texts and pictures. It helped with my anxiety about this long trip. Thanks Hailey and Travis from HT Pet Transport, for making it look so easy. My pet is home and safe and I'll definitely use them again!
