Zero zero zero not FN happy..BS!

By far one of the worst experiences of my life. The driver ransomed my puppy and extorted me for money and Citizen Shipper offered 0 support

They are very responsive and care... as long as there is a potential for them to get money. Once they have the money, if you have a problem... too bad. We have a pet transport company that has been on CS for a year. Well over 100 bookings and 60, 5 star reviews on their platform. Not a single review on CS, Facebook, or the BBB that isn't 5 star. Well, CS will lock our account if you say a word they perceive as exchanging contact information. They just locked it for the 2nd time in 1 year. We have numerous clients who have PAID citizenshippers ridiculous 30% booking fee to use us and now we can not respond to their messages. CS is not telling them we can't respond. They also are not offering them a refund since they can't communicate with the shipper they hired on the platform. Mind you this isn't household items... these are LIVE PETS! The first time they locked our account we were communicating with a client about drop off of their pet we had with us. In another client message we said "social media" during the conversation and that got our account locked! We had no choice but to quickly pay the fine to unlock it so we could get the pet dropped off. They responded immediately with the amount and how to pay. This time, we disputed it and they WILL NOT RESPOND. We have sent them multiple emails per day and have received ZERO RESPONSE. We have been forwarding the emails to the clients we can so that they can see we are trying but CS doesn't care. All of our booked clients that we have outside contact information for have informed us that citizenshipper hasn't informed them that we can't respond to their messages! What kind of business does that? These people have paid them $79-$219 each in booking fees and CS is leaving them hanging with no response. They can't communicate with their driver on the platform they have paid for! Thankfully we have umbrella business insurance that covers damage to our reputation among other things. We are turning all of this in to our insurance. We are also taking screen shots of EVERYTHING so we can file a complaint with the BBB. THE BBB will get involved and try to get resolution. At this point we feel that may be the only way to get them to respond to any of our emails! We pay a monthly fee to them to be able to place quotes... so not only does our client have to pay 79.00 to them to book us for $300 or 149.00 to them to book us for $500, but we have to pay them a monthly fee too! Make no mistake, they get paid from every side. Right now we can't even mark the delivered pets as delivered and completed so if a breeder shipped them, they have no way to know on the platform that the pup or kitten is delivered... and obviously citizenshipper doesn't care enough to want to know if we delivered them either. We are beyond disappointed. Customer service has always responded quickly about issues or client issues. We have told many clients that CS customer service is wonderful. Now here we are, finding out for ourselves the hard way that it is only great if they are potentially going to get or lose money! Outside of that it is crickets. I have read on here that other shippers and transporters that have disputed things with CS have received ZERO response from the company as well. I am so disappointed that we thought they were good and misinformed our clients about how wonderful the customer service was.

I tried requesting a refund because my shipper did not show up. I sent an email and never received anything back. I disputed the charge with my credit card company to retrieve my payment.

I booked a transportation service through citizenshipper with rodney guin for May 24. He never showed up. He did agree to send my money back within 45 days per our written contract. The 45 days has past and he has stopped responding to his phone. Very untrustworthy site. Would not recommend anyone to use this service. All I can think is thank Goodness he stole the money and not the animals I was having shipped.

Hi Product Managers, A couple of points of sincere feedback. - I was under the impression that the credit card I entered on the website would be used for the Transport company payment. - The app is not showing the total cost to the Customer for the complete booking. - Specifics that the customer needs for a shipping contract are missing. CS could format a simple quote section that shows a line for total fees, payment methods chosen, insurance certificate numbers, type of transport vehicle, expected time of day pickup and delivery, etc. Showing these fields or check boxes tips off the Customer what is normal booking criteria. Again I'm not asking CS to be responsible for that criteria or validation of it. But that criteria is missing on the simple page to my knowledge. Having end users chat out questions that might be important, through a web session is cumbersome for the drivers too. So if something changes on the execution, it is difficult to go back to a chat session to hold people to their obligations. Given the large CS fee, the website should be doing more for users and especially Novice Users will need these details up front, and not requiring more detailed reading in FAQs or under ? icons, or other links. Hope you can make some changes, so I can recommend your website as Customer focused" disruptive shipping innovator. Sincerely, Jeff

I Citizen-shipper to send a puppy to a client who had a certain budget. Citizen shipper has been contacting me for ages trying to get my business as a breeder first promising to waive their fee for the first time (this was the first lie) saying that in the reply email to Kristen Stewart she would waive the first service fee with no response. I messaged another person at Citizen Shipper…no response. I went ahead and booked with a company for travel who had really excellent reviews and I trusted to take my puppy on its journey to the new owner. She contacted me after a week apologizing profusely that she was double booked so I explained that unfortunately I would have to have someone else a family member drop off the puppy. I requested that they cancel the booking which it stated in a text to me and on the website email. I have now sent about 20 emails requesting a refund. I have submitted the emails and text messages to receive a email saying I can have another shipper (which I didn’t want) I stated right on the website it states 100% guarantee shipment or your money back (another lie). Buyer beware this is very unethical and I’m glad I found out now so I will never use your company again!!!!

Citizen shipper doesn’t show the fee they charge you until you book the shipper. I thought the fee was included with the booking. Once you book, you’re stuck and that seemed disingenuous. The shipper I retained seemed like a nice guy he updated locations constantly. However, gas prices went up after initial booking and my shipper contacted me asking additional gas money to make the delivery. I ended up paying the shipper way more to cover the gas. I personally would probably not use citizen shipper again. I also cannot recommend this company. It should be a more transparent process and I recommend using a professional company.
