I can't say not enough to discribe the excellent service that Travis C provided. From the moment I accepted his bid to the time of delivery our precious cargo, he was always available, posting pictures and giving us updates. He managed to drive through the middle of the winter storm and have not complained once about the driving conditions. It was a long trip but Maggie was acting like she was very well taken care off. CitizenShipper is very lucky to have drivers like Travis.Thank you Travis and God bless you! May your every trip be safe and successful as this one!

Was an amazing service
Was an amazing service. My grandma passed away and we needed to get her dog from Kansas City, MO to West Yellowstone, MT. I had her with me within 4 days! Excellent service and we will use again if needed.

Citizen shipper is totally worth it
Citizen shipper may have a slightly clunky interface, but it more than makes up for it with the amazing flight nanny I got. Jenny was awesome! I got pictures and updates at every stage of the process. She brought my anxiety for the process down with every text message.

Great service!
They were fantastic to deal with. Melissa took wonderful care of our dog. She was in constant communication with us the entire way to Nashville. Highly recommend them.

This site came in clutch
This site came in clutch! The airline told us that we could fly with our animals then said no 10 days before the day of travel. I happened to fall upon this site and it was a Godsend. It ended up being less expensive than the cost of doing pet cargo via the airline. I will definitely recommend this site to anyone who needs this service.
