Great resource to find a trusted shipper, but the $169 fee is a bit exorbitant for serving as an intermediary that’s probably free on social media or pet forums. The reviews make it mostly worth it… my experience was excellent with the shipper.

I had a good example with CitizenShipper. I received numerous quotes, and each quote had a profile that made me feel comfortable with the shipper.

Great experience. Good Value; just took a little longer than expected. But, over all I choose citizen shipper again.

The website transaction fee was a bit high, but the process was pretty easy.

Overall experience was very nice. The driver I contracted with was exceptional. It was difficult to find the “fee” to be charged by citizenShipper before I began the booking processing. And I thought it was a bit high $109 on a $500 dollar transaction ( 25%).

Good service and good customer care. My only suggestion is to have Sunday customer care hours, as my shipment traveled on a weekend and I thought I might need help from customer support on Sunday and it would not have been available until Monday.
