I was shocked to discover that the fees charged to book a shipper had recently switched to a mile based system versus based on the bid amount. That aside, if the mile based rates apply for transport, why is the old, no longer in effect chart still up? It was impossible to find the new mileage fee chart until I searched every inch of the web page. Customer service's response to my wanting to cancel was basically, too bad!.

This is a very very poor service!! They have referred me to two different Shippers - and both of them have crapped out by not even responding to me regarding pick up and delivery! I have been charged $180.00 referral fee so far and it's been over a month without any shipping contract fulfilled!! On top of that, they are almost impossible to get back in touch with when you have a problem with their referred shippers!

Transporter lost our dog. Didn't notify us til the next day. Dog was found dead on the roadside beside the transporter's hotel. She sent us the hotel bill and did not refund the money we paid her for the trip. We are grieving and miserable. Total disaster.

Please refund my money to my card this place robbed me of my booking fee and refuse to refund my money back to my card! I have an attorney and we are prepared to sue. I just want my money I paid to book a Service that I NEVER RECEIVED. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS GUY OR SERVICE. Gave 1 star because it doesn't allow 0. I paid 2 booking fees and both of their drivers COULD NOT COMPLETE MY SHIPMENT. ONE BACKED OUT , HE CALLED ME 30 MINUTES BEFORE PICKING UP TO TELL ME HE WAS IN AN ACCIDENT. THE 2ND DRIVER RIGHT AFTER I PAID 2ND BOOKING FEE, 30 MINUTES LATER SAID THAT HE COULDN'T PICK MY BIKE UP AT THE TIME WE AGREED TO AND THE PLACE THAT HAD MY BIKE AUCTIONED IT OFF. CITIZEN SHIPPER OFFERED ME CREDIT ON ANOTHER BOOKING. I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO SHIP. MY HARLEY IS GONE. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK, CREDITED TO MY CARD. NOT TO THEIR SERVICES. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!

The restrictions placed on communication between prospective drivers and the customer are unreasonable for anyone hoping to make a responsible decision shipping their pet. Further embargoing communication afterwards until the customer rates the shipper is silly. If a competitor arises I will be first in line for my next pet shipping need.

Im not sure what background checks you guys do in the shippers but needs to be more through so customers don’t get scammed and in the event a customer does get scammed (like me) they should be tracked down easier…. If they scam someone out of hundreds that is breaking the law and the customers needs help
