Good for connecting you to drivers!

I did not know until I booked the trip that I was going to be charged an additional 20% plus by Citizen Shopper. Please be aware. Otherwise the hauler was very professional, courteous and prompt in his work.

The fees are ridiculous but I’m glad I was able to find Mark to take my kitty to it’s forever home.

These people made it a point to get in touch regularly and pick up and deliver my precious cargo as promised. I will recommend them and would use again if the need ever comes up.

Great company and makes finding reliable shipping easy. I do think the fees are a little high though.

I liked the process of getting multiple bids and being able to choose which one was right for me. The steps are not clearly spelled out on how to book and pay. Nor is the citizen shipper fee transparent. The process is very simple. But as a first time user, I could not figure out what to do. I also think knowing what time zone a provider is working in would assist with communication expectations. That way I’m not sending messages at 10 pm or 4 am to someone and wondering why they aren’t communicating with me.

CitizenShipper is providing a valuable intermediary function where one is critically needed. There are entirely too many shippers who are colluding on price and at the same time delivering poor performance. Dealing directly with the transporters is both important and reassuring. You can develop the confidence you are dealing with the right person for the right job. Our only aggravations were that we received an invitation for a larger discount after we received and used a small one and the user interface for first-time users was less than ideal.

You need an app! This would be a lot better experience if it was app based instead of web based. For the customer and the transporters.
