While I found transportation services very easily through the website, I thought the 219.99 charge that isn't mentioned until the END of your experience(after you agree on actual shipper cost and go to check out) is extremely high and unnecessary. My advice in moving forward to anyone who uses this site, is to do your own research to shop around and call/visit website of the actual transport service and book your transport directly from them. While you may not save time in doing so, you WILL save 219.99! And Idk about you, but that's a lot of money right there.

First driver Tiffany’s luxury transport was a total scam. Took my 350$ deposit and never delivered! Asked for help but citizen shipper didn’t do anything. Would not recommend citizen shipper to anyone! 👎

most people on this site are scammers , do not sign contracts from verry low bids.

Bad customer service- over promise and under deliver. I loved my transport driver but not this company

I booked a shipper and he turned out to be a scammer. Thanks to the way they work I lost money to the shipper. When I told customer service about the issue they were quick to refund my shipping fee they charged. Even after telling them about the scammer they did nothing about him. The next day I reposted my shipment and the same scammer bid on my shipment again. If this continues your ratings will be in the toilet and you will be gone.

My driver was A+ but the almost 90 dollar fee you charge is ridiculous.

I hired CS to pick up a puppy in TX. I am in NJ. When the transport got to the location there was no one home. After a few phone calls the husband sent me a photo of the puppy. Wrong dog, bait and switch. Since the deal did not go thru I asked CS to refund my money. They refused. They offered a credit. The actual transport company did not even charge me.

I genuinely loved Anoosha of Furry Fam Movers. She was excellent. I did NOT love, however, the $84 service charge that Citizen Shipper slipped in after I booked. What makes you think you need to take that much of a cut without any forewarning? That's greedy, slimy corporate capitalism and you should be ashamed of yourselves. There are people out there in dire need of services and this surprise charge makes it impossible to get a transport on top of what they've already budgeted.
