Tina with Avalon Express was incredible. I had to have my 2 fur babies (cats) that have been my heart moved to a new home which God provided in Tennessee! I am getting remarried and my fiance' is highly allergic. Coby and Zoey were picked up on Friday in Apple Valley, CA, and arrived 2100 miles later on Tuesday in Tennessee. Tina is a wonderful communicator and let me know how they were adjusting and I believe she went above and beyond. She provided the kennel they traveled in together, I provided their food and the individual carrier to transport from my home into the van for safety purposes, and then again into their new home. First time I have ever had to do this and she really helped me emotionally with the care my fur babies received and sharing how they were doing. I highly recommend her and her services. I believe she genuinely has a caring heart for our pets and her honesty and caring heart is a gift.

Very fast response. Dog was picked up in Texas and at my house 15 hours later. Reasonable price but admin fee too high. Michael Maldonado did great!

Tim is the best. Kept me updated, right on time, and did extra things he didn't need to! My pup loves hard boiled eggs and Tim made some for her trip! Highly recommend him!

I was at a loss.our much anticipated puppy had to be returned to the breeder, who was 1200 miles away. We found Citzen Shipper, started getting responses, and our dog was on her way in just a few days. Our driver kept in touch with us step by step, and he was on time with pick-up and delivery, sending progress reports along the way. We got photos of a happy puppy when she arrived. Oh, and the pricing for the service was more than reasonable. I don't know if we just got lucky or if all the transporters in this network are this easy to work with, but I won't forget this company if I ever need to transport a pet in the future.
