It's great that your website and service are available. There certainly needs to be more standardized payment options - because of the MANY payment services on the internet there is no forewarning that some of them need several days to connect to a bank account to make payments...that causes problems. You shouldn't allow the service providers (drivers) to have just anyone they use, but they should be required to have a standard payment system that YOU set - that's because YOU can let customers KNOW the timeline of these payments systems.

Good experience this time around. Plenty of bids, some very expensive, some very well priced and the ultimate pick did a great job.

The price structure should be a flat fee. Citizen shipper charges per mile when it does not expend any fund transporting animals. Oly game in town.

Finding the shipper had a few wrinkles but in the end, Garrison Pet Transport did a great job.

I love the service but I do think you charge to much to hook directly with you and then pay the driver

Great for connections. I would prefer better functionality in the messages section. Hopefully the fees we pay you will go towards that.

The shipper was amazing. Exceeded my expectations. I took one star off due to not being aware of the additional charge from Citizen Shipper. They do not disclose it until booking. The first person I tried to book kept increasing the price to show up as agreed. The second shipper was amazing. I went with a new shipper who did not have any reviews and I am so pleased with her professionalism, communication and customer service.
