Great service for finding drivers for your goods.
The bidding process was good and transport arrangements for my pet were easy. The transporter, On The Road Again, was fantastic for our little dog. The only thing users of the service is that contact with all bidders is cut off after making a selection - so if you have a couple drivers you are talking to, be sure to end this conversations before to confirm a certain transporter in the CitizenShipper app.

Great Service
Luckily found a fast, dependable and communicative driver. With regards to the booking and payment process, the fee for citizenshipper was not visible or apparent until actually booking the driver. This fee is separate from the overall driver's fee. However, we are extremely happy on how it worked out, which the end result was achieved of getting our loved one united with her family.
