Overall, I am extremely thankful for this service. It was a little overwhelming at first because so many people were messaging me. But thankfully I found the perfect person. I honestly did not know about the fee and some of the rules (ex: not able to share contact until after booked, certain paperwork and processes, etc). CitizenShipper could have been a little more helpful and transparent about those types of things.

The system works well. My issue was while I received many bids, many did not read the parameters of my need. If they had, I would have been spared many needless conversations. The people I ultimately contracted with were excellent.

I found a great shipper for my cat Thank God but the way you get unindated with messages from a million different people at once makes it difficult to compare them & having to email each one separately was very confusing. There must be a better way to review & compare bidders.That being said I went with my gut & concentrated on the first response I got. They had the best reviews, most credentials & best price. Was very happy

Had several bids fairly quickly. It was easy to set up. Just wish you could list multiple items. I had to list all my vehicles in the description, because you can only list one vehicle unless that's changed by now. I did talk to customer support and they said they were working on it. I did get my items shipped so it all worked out.
