Easy to use, great experience
The site was easy to use and I felt very safe using the site as well as safe that I was getting actual transporters, not scammers or dog thieves. I got several great offers and it was easy to book. The fee was a surprise, but worth it for the ease and piece of mind.

Quick responses
Quick responses - that was appreciated. The $95 fee was not clear. And that it was an addition to the quote.

Fantastic personable and efficient service
This whole pet transport experience is new to me. I was tasked with getting my deceased grandmother's dogs to my daughter/granddaughters over 1300 miles away. Cezary and Co. Were the most amazing team. They kept me updated the whole time with texts and photos of the dogs. They arrived ahead of schedule to the delight of the girls. Thank you so much for your attentive professional and caring attitudes. I will request you for any future pet transport needs. You are amazing.

Great experience with a flight nanny I found through citizenshipper
I was able to review multiple offers from both car and plane transporters for my new puppy. Found a very responsible, communicative, and friendly flight nanny for a very reasonable price and she was able to organize all the trip details promptly. No complaints.

Citizen Shipper- Best in the business
Very easy website to use. I got many offers in minutes from real, very courteous people. Chose one of the transporters for our dog and couldn’t be happier with the results. Very easy communication both within the website and through the vetted transporter. This was my first time transporting a pet, but I’ve used other sites for vehicles that were nowhere near this easy or productive. I will be using citizenshipper.com for all of my transporting needs from now on.
