My puppy arrived safely from a well-reviewed transporter and we had many offers to choose from which was nice.

Thought the price was a little high for what you do, but everything worked out good so I'm still ok with it.

The site itself was good; unfortunately I had a bad experience with my first contractor and lost a lot of money. Unfortunately, they couldn't help. If anything, I wish CitizenShipper would generate a report I could easily pull to use to report with my bank to report theft. Would've made my experience better.

They charge a percentage as a "booking fee" which is really just access to the drivers contact information. It's a good site to get a lot of offers on your pets travel (and the driver i used was great!!) but a pricey middle man.

Service fee is a bit excessive. Maybe better if a % of the trip was charged. Uship does a % instead of a flat fee. Also, offer coupons to have return customers book through you again. Other than that, it was great.

Our driver was beyond amazing 5/5. The only thing that we didn’t like is we felt the service fee was a little much. Overall we would use again if needed

It’s like an eBay for pet transport. I would have given 5 stars except, CitizenShipper doesn’t tell you about there fees till after you agree with a contract with somebody to transport their pet . They should be apparent,they should tell you how much there fee is before you contract with somebody.
