CitizenShipper concept is great, end result was great... But the website itself needs work. Difficult to login (just redirects to a blank screen most of the time), needed to try multiple browsers.

I thought they gave good possibilities, but the $119 fee is not toward the transporter fee, which ranged from 850 to 1400.00 on top of that. Waayy too much. If I'd known that, I would've just paid a friend. Truly. The $1,000 pet insurance is only a portion of the value of my pure bread pet. The insurance should be equal to the pets real value. Very disappointing. Their strengths are quick response time from possible contractors. Their weakness is they need to be more up front on the cost to use a company.
