the shipper was great, the service is underhanded as they don't tell you until checkout , they are charging $211.41 for their service.

Driver took wrong exit, said she didn't have enough gas to get to my house and she was ready to faint because her blood sugar was low. Phone went dead and I had to call sheriff's department to look for her since she didn't answer her phone. Eventually, she answered. I had to go meet her and add another 20.00 dollars for her to get something to eat because she said she couldn't use the money for food but had to use it for fixing her car air conditioner.

I just found it difficult to keep track of who I talked to and which bids I had looked at but otherwise was great.

My experience was great, but your finders fee is really hard to stomach! It’ll affect my decision to use your site outside of an emergency.

It charges more than I prefer, but I found great transport.

The service provided by the carrier was excellent. Perhaps the fee that CitizenShipper charges is mentioned somewhere, and I missed it but I was a bit surprised when it was not included in the bid. I'd say it should be a little more clear that the bid is not the full cost.
