CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

I love the ease, convenience, and security of your system. I'll definitely be back when I need another trailer towed

First booking did not go as planned. I was credited the booking fee and tried again. I couldnt be more pleased with the 2nd booking. If I have animal shipping needs again I will Definately use citizenshipper.

I was able to get what I needed shipped at a reasonable price. I was and I am super pleased with the shipper that I was able to work with. He did a great job. I received a bunch of quotes for transporting animals, which really confused me. I’m assuming they had some kind of auto quotes says that when it reads specific listings, it automatically replies, in the short of that it was a great experience

Everything did well, I do wish the booking fee wasn't so expensive. I'm not sure why it is expensive either.

CitizenShipper provided us with the opportunity to review numerous pet shippers all in one place. It was a lot less stressful than trying to find them on our own. Our selected shipper was amazing and everything went smoothly.

The experience of recieving so many quotes and personal messages was great. The only recommendation I have that would have made my experience better would have been to be made aware of the additional $159 charge by citizenshipper prior to even getting a quote. It was very unconfortable having the conversation and approving a price with the transporter directly, to then realize I needed an additional $159 on top of that. Maybe a little check box to let the user know about the additional charge would be very helpful.

I had a great experience with Citizen Shipper and was able to connect really quickly with a lot of options to transport our pup. I was a little surprised by the fees. I didn’t read the fine print.. but as a new user of the site I didn’t know that the fee was so much.

I was connected with a wonderful flight nanny that transported my JRT puppy. The process was easy, and straight forward. The only concern I have is that the service fee is not disclosed until AFTER the commitment is made. I did not see any information about how the fee is calculated, so that part is somewhat shady.. In my opinion, the fee is high, because it is in addition to the cost of paying the actual transporter. To be clear, the transporter I booked was EXCELLENT, and she deserves a 5 star rating for her service.
