I just don't think it's right for the…
I just don't think it's right for the requestor/ sender and the shipper to all pay fees. It seems incredibly greedy!

This is a great website, but risky.
This is a great website, but you allowed a criminal to steal my deposit without making the pickup or delivery. You need to vet your driver's better. If someone gets a low rating you should blacklist them. Easy.

Good service and is able to connect you…
Good service and is able to connect you with some absolute gems. Only problem are the people that submit quotes and accept work only to cancel the day before and leave you up sh$t creek with no penalties

Need better payment options.
I wish there was a way to pay through citizen shipper. That is a little bit of a hassle and not the most secure way of doing things. That should be a service you provide for everyone. Other than that things were good.
