CitizenShipper is great I did not know here was such a site! They were able to help me get my buddy's dog back to them after they had to leave them with me.

I was nervous doing this because I have been screwed by a pet transport scam in the past. I felt good about this seeing that security and background checks were done, and they provided a guarantee. Put my fears to rest. Excellent experience.

JohnM was fantastic. He loves dogs, has the safety equipment (high impact crates, etc.), and experience to make the dogs and the owner comfortable and confident. I would recommend him to anyone that wants the very best experience for their pets.

A great platform to find trusted and reliable transporters, this is my second time using and I will continue to use for all transport needs.

Great experience I love the way its set up. Could not ask for more.

I received so many reasonable bids, and I appreciated knowing whether a driver had a background check as well as good reviews. This site provided good information that gave me confidence in my driver choice.

I was new to Citizen Shipper so I had several questions. Their customer service was very helpful and always courteous. Our puppy transporter was wonderful and everything went smoothly. Thank you Citizen Shipper!

Driver was great kept me updated with calls and pictures along the route
