The drivers were great. My only issue was that the $120 fee was not clearly stated until the final step.

Great service! Needed delivery ASAP/within 24 hours. Got plenty of offers and a quote that confirmed they could deliver within 24 hours for reasonable price. Accepted this quote. Decent communication. Delivery ended up being delayed by 7 hours and delivered around 4AM without explanation. Everything else was wonderful! Would recommend!! Although dealing with Customer service was difficult as I had to email multiple times and each representative gave me a different response. Decided to trust one representative’s answer, hoping they were right as it had to do with closing down the advertisement I had listed/stopping payment for it.

Brings many shippers together for bids on your job. Isn't too clear on how and what it charges for the service

Great service. Just didn’t realize from the start that their fee for service would be $250 on too of any fee negotiated with driver. Otherwise great job.

Easy to get bids, great selection, app easy to use. The only complaint I have is that had the transporter not warned me I would not have known their fee didn't include any of Citizen Shipper's fees. That should be more clear. I had to email and request that info, so perhaps make it a little more obvious to potential customers.
