Such a fan! 10/10 Experience
Such a fan!! We were moving from SC to PA and I had no idea how I was going to get a baby and 3 dogs there along with multiple vehicles and our stuff. I started looking to see if pet transport was a thing and came across citizen shipper- it’s life changing! I had no clue what I was doing but the site is super easy to use. I found someone to transport my 3 large dogs to my mom’s in PA a few days before the move and it was such a relief to have that off my shoulders. I’m so glad I found this site!

David and his wife are AMAZING people
David and his wife are AMAZING people. I was a nervous wreck. David assured me I he would take good care of my puppy and they did. Then sent me photos at every stop and even sent me a video of him. They were so kind and understanding that I was nervous shipping my puppy so far. Thank you both for being so kind and understanding!

What a wonderful review to read, Alicia! David and his wife clearly made a lasting impression by keeping you updated with photos and videos of your puppy throughout the journey. That level of attentive transport care is at the core of what we strive for at CitizenShipper. We wish you and your puppy many happy adventures together!

Being very skeptical
Being very skeptical, Annie kept me in the loop the whole time. By sending her GPS location, pictures, and hotel locations, she treated my Diamond like family. She is still in contact with my mother and me regarding Diamond. We are so grateful for her services. 100% recommend her. Her family is blessed!!
Response from CitizenShipperAug 6, 2026

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your thoughtful recommendation!

Mike's off for a new adventure
Stacey and Mora - Little Paws Empire with Citizen Shipper provided the very best service I could ever expect. They were professional, trustworthy, expert handling with overwhelming kindness. They provided contact through Life 360 all the way and, that was so comforting to see travel in real time. They cared for Mike the cat as if he was their own. In doing so, they took care of me too... If I ever require pet transit in the future - I would only want to have Mora and Stacey's service. They are that good.
Response from CitizenShipperAug 4, 2026
Patrice, it’s wonderful to hear how well Mike was cared for throughout the trip. We’re so glad Stacey and Mora’s communication, including the Life360 updates, helped you feel connected every step of the way. Thank you for choosing CitizenShipper to find responsible pet transport, and for trusting us with such an important part of Mike’s journey.
