Needed service
This is a great service platform for those in need to transport pretty much anything. The process was easy and MANY bids came flooding through however a few things I wish that were different...A) Once communication has begun with a transporter and you've notified other bidders of that- they would kindly stop bidding to try and make a sale. I know once "book now" has been selected that would happen but it would be great if the buyer had an option to click mute or something as that is alot of messaging. B) Some of the transporters didn't feel legit, no real photo, no completed transports, no reviews, and low bids. Definately need to ensure who you've picked is vetted carefully and C) The platform fee is a bit excessive with it over $200 on top of what you've agreed on with the driver. I'm sure there's going to be explanation of why, etc but insurance and platform fees as the middleman is a bit much. Would I use it again? Probably, if needed. Thank you for being an option when I needed to transport our new pup.
