Great platform to contact customers to small business transportation companies. I do think though that CitizenShipper charges too much just to link the customer to a local Shipper. Because of that high price, the Shippers ALL stated in their first contact that the price we pay CitizenShipper does NOT go towards the Shipper - I believe they are telling us that because the fee is steep and customers would assume that fee goes towards their Shipper cost.

Overall a good experience with the CS portal but the fee for using their board to post loads was extremely high for brokering small loads. I was able to find a great company to pick up and deliver my cargo but it cost me about $50% more than I expected.

Your fee is too expensive. That's all.

I’m happy with the service. I just think the 30% fee increases (2 in the past four months) were a bit much. However, $129 fee on $380 shipping is ridiculous.

Dear Tammy, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m so sorry it fell short of your expectations, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond to your review. Please understand that this unfortunate situation was an exception. We care deeply about our customers, and we’re committed to constantly improving the quality of our support and services. Our team works hard to provide exceptional value through stringent driver screening, ID verifications, access to 24/7 televet care and the $1,000 pet protection coverage that we offer for every transport. This helps save our customers time, money and unnecessary worry. Again, I sincerely apologize that your experience with CitizenShipper didn’t reflect this. We understand the importance of feedback. We’re here listening with the goal to improve our services for you, our customer, and your beloved pets. Please email [email protected] if I can be of further assistance.

As far as drivers, there are plenty of them with all different personalities. Men of many of them get attitude when you don’t except their overpriced bids but once you weed through the drama, you could find a fairly priced, reliable transport. Say charges a service fee separate from the drivers fee and it’s quite expensive. I definitely get quotes from other sites in about 25% of the time citizenship are as competitive

You were very helpful, but i knew nothing at all that you were involved in the process and then to be billed for it completely blindsided me.
