Citizen Shipper & Puppy Transport
Citizen Shipper, referred me to Puppy Transport for a motorcycle pickup. Puppy Transport didn't honor anything they said, they lied about contacting the motorcycle dealership for pick up of the motorcycle, and they lied about the pickup date changing it twice. Will not refund my money of $875.00 I don't trust Puppy Transport, Citizen Shipper referred them for shipping, so I can't trust Citizen Shipper, there's a thing called (Negligent Referral Law)

Careful Fraud Happens with the Shippers They Use and They Only Refund Their Fee
Paid the shipper 50% as we require after I paid the Citizen Shipper fee. A week later the shipper was removed from their platform and never heard back from them. Lost $150. Wouldn’t trust your platform again because of that.

Almost a scam with hidden high fee-Use UShip instead
A very good platform to transport your pet. One thing to aware is their fee plan is quite non-transparent. I just booked a transport of my pet for $300 for the driver and then I found the fee for CitizenShipper was $105. I think the amount (30% fee) is pretty high but the worse part is that you would not know the $105 fee was NOT a down payment for the driver (very murky explanation unless you scrutinize the fine prints). They really need to be more transparent for their fee schedule. Almost a scam was what I felt. As a comparison a similar platform UShip has a service charge of only $25 for a ~$300 job. And they present the service fee very clearly, unlike this CitizenShipper! In conclusion, for your next pet transport, use UShip not CitizenShipper, given $325 (UShip) vs. $405 (CitizenShipper).

Platform for Scammers
I used Citizen Shipper and was scammed. The “driver” created a “verified” account under a legitimate business’ name, but wasn’t actually associated with the business at all. So, to say they vet their drivers is an understatement. Also, assistance from customer service is subpar. I would not ever recommend this service. If you value your money and pet, run far away from this platform.

Do not trust they will lose your dog and then take off
My cousin used this company to ship her dog to her hometown from deployment, they left him in his own feces for 5 days. Then upon delivery, the driver lost her dog and then took off saying he isn't "liable" and that it isn't his fault. Owners will not help either. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! They do NOT care about the animals or customers. My cousin should not have to deal with this while she is so far away deployed on Christmas. Take this as a warning not to trust them whith your fur baby

HORRIBLE!!!
I used this company to ship my dog to my hometown from deployment, they left him in his own feces for 5 days. Then upon delivery, the driver lost my dog and then took off saying he isn't "liable" and that it isn't his fault. Owners will not help either. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! They do NOT care about the animals or customers. Awful communication abilities and hostile workers/responses. Please be safe for you and your babies as I may never get mine back because of their carelessness.

Run for your life, unless you wanna get ripped off.
First of all Citizen shippers got your money....The shipper I received asked for a deposit then cancelled Nichol Noble...crack head addict. She cancelled, said car broke down, then said she would refund the money but would take a week, money never came. then phone disconnected. Citizen shipper no help. Said it is my fault. I am out $420. Now have to rely on AX to try to get the money back from Crack head Nichol Noble. Bad news would not do this again,,,,run from these guys watch out

Forget getting your money back
Recently booked a transport service, however within a few minutes I needed to cancel as the previous confirmed item needing to be picked up would no longer be available. Since I refused to blame the transporter as it was not their fault I lost $210 per this businesses policy. I have a credit on my account, which I won't ever be using as this policy is absolutely asinine.
