Great Advisor I have discussions with many of your customer service staff but what your employee Amanda Pisciotta did with me during the last call very impressive. During this call; I knew how this process works. She was very transparent, truthful and supportive in helping me finalize this debt in the coming months. She deserve to be upgraded to a better position and I think she will be a perfect customer service manager. I wish her all the best in her life and career.

Ivan Rodriguez stepped up to the plate when he took over my account. Before him I was 100% lost and had no idea what was going on and assumed I had been ripped off.
