On September 8,2022, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer Tully and Theresa Pisciotta. Since August 17, I have been trying to get a copy of my contract and a schedule of my payments made, without any success. I made several calls back trying to get the information and still no response and I began to have doubts about the company's reliability. I called today and spoke with Jennifer Tully and requested the same information and within 10 minutes I received an email of my contract. I called back about the schedule of payments made and I was fortunate to speak with Jennifer again. To me , Jennifer is an asset to your company and should be recognized for her professionalism and dedication to her job. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she did not hesitate and almost immediately, Theresa Pisciotta was on the line. Management needs to know Jennifer and Theresa have renewed my faith with Citizens Debt Relief and both should be recognized for their outstanding customer service and how they represent the company in a professional manner.

Due to situations beyond my control I found myself in a negative situation with my debt and Brandon with CDR has helped with the solution I needed! They came up with a payment plan that works within my budget to pay off my debts and repair my credit at the same time! I highly recommend reaching out to CDR for debt help if you have concerns!

Highly recommend this company if your swimming in credit card debt. Very responsive and I finished the program early because they got me a loan!!!

I am a 67 year old man who is still working, I had my kidney removed and was in the hospital for almost 3 weeks in intensive care. My medical bills were out of this world and I am so happy that I met Theresa Pisciotta she would be my CEO if I owed a company. I am sure I was a pest to her with all my E-mails and she would reply promptly and professionally. I am not sure what I would have done as she has guided me through these rough times and I have one payment remaining next month.
